Le Cordon Bleu, the most famous culinary academy is grounded far back in 1895. Cordon Bleu represents the «blue ribbon» which today in the French gastronomy stands for premium cuisine art, that is, chef of an outstanding renommée.
With proud we announce that our long-time manager and chef of tavern Žakan has graduated at the prestigious culinary academy Le Cordon Bleu – Paris.
